Brightstar
a Mike first met band-mate Jeremy about 8 years ago when he recorded The Band Stil Life Cinema for his senior project for his Digital Media Arts Degree at CSUDH. They have since stayed in contact and worked together on each other's projects when they finally decided to team together. Brightstar's first full length should hopefully arrive later this year. Check out their earlier collaboration on soundcloud.

b Mike has always had an ear for music and a love for every genre out there. This has lended itself immensely to his inanate sense of production and musicality. He has closely worked with Film and TV Composer Bryan E. Miller for the past six years working on hundreds of projects with musical styles ranging from pop to world to dubstep. This has helped michael hone his skills and his ear for hearing exactly what any track needs. Inspired by Jackson Browne, Shade of the Freeway references his song "The Pretender" which was also written in North Hollywood were Mike's studio resides, quite close to the 170 Freeway.
